Legendaries are off limits to all the members and will only be available once events are held by the staff members. When doing some research, I came upon a theory and a fact. Legendaries are categorized in three parts. The majority of what we always knew are in the first. Generation III pokemon have been notably in the second, and Generation IV pokemon in the 3rd.
Using my own nifty bootleg category system, I shall place all the canon Legendaries in their rightful place that I have designated for them. These three categories are: Mysterious, Mirage, and Myth. The three friggin' M's, if you will.
Mysterious Legendaries are those well known to many around the world, and have been seen multiple times amongst the months and years.
Mirage Legendaries are those that are known to those within a region, and few outside of it. These Pokemon are seen so rarely that most even question their very existence.
Myth Legendaries are those that are known here and there. Genuinely within a region, they are still not known much in there either. These Legendaries are practically never ever seen. EVER. Not to fret though, they actually are seen.

Mysterious Legendaries, being the badass come out of hiding because they're gangster Pokemon, are the easiest of Legendaries to catch. Why? Because people practically see them on a monthly basis. You can freakin' watch an Articuno migrate homes on a satellite TV dish if you really wanted to. Yet somehow, they still manage to allude our grasps. Why? Because people are already getting buttsexed by other trainers to pay attention. Nevertheless, because these guys are so easy to catch (lul), they will have events hosted for them more often than others. Also, because these Legendaries are such suckers, we may even offer more than 1 of each every now and then. Just something to think about. ;)
Mirage Legendaries. These guys are practically impossible to find, see, catch, even talk to. Some appearing once every 1000 years, others appearing only when they feel like it, or when certain conditions are met. Nevertheless, your chances of seeing one of them, not to mention catching it, are about x100 harder than catching a Shiny Pokemon. There is and has always been only 1 of each of them, so once it's gone, you aren't getting another chance.
Myth Legendaries. If you ever see one, it might just be a statue. If you see a statue, you might have just missed your chance to catch one. Myth Pokemon are so rarely ever seen, yet at the same time, are often seen everyday. Sadly, whether or not you see one or mistake it for something completely different, you can't catch it unless one or two conditions are met, these being so very hard to meet as it is. Legendaries from Regigigas down to Rayquaza, you have a better chance of finding. Though you gotta meet a very specific and vague detail requirement to find one, it is possible. Just unlikely. It can be as easy as catching a Mysterious Legendary, or harder than finding a Mirage one.
Dialga down to Reshiram, your chances are seeing are once in a life time, possibly even less than that. The only one of these pokemon you may see more often than the others is Kyurem, but chances are if you do see it, you're going to be its dinner.
Legendaries of our own will be implemented once we have the Sprites, Stats, Sketches and everything else completed for them, so, these are not the limits to the Legendaries you can catch. All these Legendaries will be held in events hosted by Staff, where anyone, even Staff, can catch them, seeing the proper requirements are met. Also note, nobody can start off with a Legendary, ever. So, the only way to obtain one is through an Event. Thank you all for reading!
